...HA. Consider me your friendly neighborhood ramen-person, then.

For starters, I'd check out this site. Most of it just common sense, but you know, a lot of it ends up stuff you wouldn't think of... My favorite recipe (technique, really) came from a Thai houseguest a few years back. It's less pasta-y and more soup-ish; very good on cold nights, and as comfort food. For it, you need:

- Teriyaki sauce
- One egg per packet of ramen
- However many packets of ramen you want (one for one person, two for two people, etc.).
- Your choice of vegetables. I use those little cans of corn, and peas, because they're easy; chopped celery and carrots are also good.
- Optional: sweet-and-sour tuna, cashews, extra stir-fry sauce.

Basically, boil 2 cups water. Crack egg into water (don't scramble it). Add the noodles, and a liberal helping of the teriyaki sauce. Cook on low heat until most of the water is boiled away, stirring occasionally. Add whatever vegetables, meat, nuts, you want, and cook for about a minute. A little stir-fry sauce and you're ready to serve.

Hope I was helpful!
